From humble beginnings to an award-winning company
1925
The Farmers Mutual Reinsurance Company chartered to provide fire insurance on farm buildings and contents.
1949
The agency force was established in all Illinois counties and had 400 full-time agents.
1961
The Country Companies main headquarters moved from 43 E. Ohio, Chicago, IL to 1705 N. Towanda Ave., Bloomington, IL.
2000
The Country Companies new corporate identity and expansion into the financial services market was announced.
2008
COUNTRY Insurance and Financial Services becomes COUNTRY Financial.
2025 and beyond
