What does Roadside Assistance coverage provide?
We'll reimburse you for a variety of things.
Towing service
Just arrange your tow and get reimbursed.
Fix a flat tire
If you have a flimsy jack or are missing a spare, find a professional and we’ll pay you back.
Locked out
Did you misplace your keys or lock them in the car? We reimburse for locksmith services, too.
Jump start a dead battery
The roadside issue that comes without warning is also included in our coverage.
Out of fuel
Did you push it just a bit too far past E? It happens all the time. Our coverage provides for fuel delivery (the cost for fuel is not included).
Vehicle is stuck
Did you slide into a ditch or get stuck in the mud? We reimburse for this, too.

Search for a local tow company or repair shop and work with them directly. We’ll reimburse you up to $100 per event for the services you need.
Just log into your COUNTRY Financial account to see whether “Emergency Roadside Service” or “Vehicle Travel and Tow” is listed on your auto policy. If it’s not, contact your rep to add the coverage.
