When you work in Client Services at COUNTRY Financial, a competitive salary is just the start. We offer a:

  • $42,000 annual salary ($20.84 per hour)
  • $500 salary increase opportunity upon meeting proficiency 
  • Annual bonus eligibility based on company performance
  • Promotion opportunity within one year
  • Hybrid/remote work arrangements available upon start
  • 401(k) with company-paid contribution and additional match, if you choose to contribute
