Financial Specialists

As a Financial Specialist, your job is to make sure our clients have the right plan for their financial future. You’d team up with our insurance agents and financial representatives to provide the right protection for your clients. You’ll be asked to:

• Develop prospects to sell and service our protection and planning
• Work with people across the organization to ensure an excellent client experience
• Conduct needs-based seminars for existing and prospective clients

Training 

Your formal training will be immersive, and you’ll learn about our client-centric, needs-based selling approach. You’ll also learn about the products and services you will be able to provide as solutions to your clients’ needs. You’ll spend part of your formal training with new Insurance Agents, giving you a chance to get to know them better. We also offer various virtual training courses and, of course, you’ll learn on the job every day.
