BLOOMINGTON, IL - COUNTRY Financial today announced that Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Rachael Sklamberg plans to retire from COUNTRY in 2026.
Sklamberg started with COUNTRY in July 2014 as vice president of Human Resources. She was promoted to senior vice president of Human Resources in March 2017. She’s served as EVP and CHRO since June 2019 overseeing corporate communications and human resources programs and policies for COUNTRY Financial and the Illinois Farm Bureau. See her bio.

During her tenure, Sklamberg led key initiatives such as evolving the HR Service Delivery model, including creating the HR Service Center to support all employees and the HR Business Partner role to support enterprise leadership and ensuring communications enable employees, reps and leaders to support company strategy.
“It’s been an incredible privilege to lead Human Resources and Corporate Communications and work alongside so many talented professionals and leaders in our family of companies. I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished together,” said Sklamberg.
