Rob McDade

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Strategy Officer 

Rob McDade became Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer for COUNTRY Financial January 1, 2023.

He previously served as Senior Vice President of Property/Casualty for COUNTRY Financial since September 2019. Prior to that, he served as vice president of Agency Operations, vice president of Customer Service, vice president of Financial and Brokerage Solutions and vice president of COUNTRY Trust Bank.  He also worked as assistant general counsel in the Office of the General Counsel.  

Before joining the organization in 1995, McDade was an attorney for Latham & Watkins in Los Angeles.  He holds a juris doctorate, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, D.C., and a bachelor's degree in political science, cum laude, from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles.  He has also earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Chartered Life Underwriter designations.

McDade is a member of the Leadership Council for The Institutes Griffith Insurance Education Foundation.

He serves on advisory boards for the Katie School of Insurance at Illinois State University (ISU), Normal, and Gamma Iota Sigma, the collegiate professional fraternity for risk management and insurance. He is also a mentor in the Multicultural Leadership Program. He was inducted into the ISU College of Business Hall of Fame in 2022.
